Question: How much does it cost to find out how much my gold is worth?
Response: Good question, there is no fee. My staff and I are happy to evaluate your gold. Sometimes people have no idea the value of various pieces of jewelry. At times they are pleasantly surprised at the value.

Question: Can I wait to have my jewelry repaired.
Response: We have an express repair service that is offered. Generally there is a extra charge associated with that service, depending on the complexity of the repair. 24-48 hours is the normal express time frame.

Question: I am interested in 1/2 carat Diamond earrings, can you tell me how much you sell them for?
Response: We make 1/2 carat total weight Diamond earrings ranging from $300- $700.00 depending on the quality of the Diamonds.

Question: How long does it take to make my ring bigger?
Response: Our normal turnaround time is a week to 10 days. We offer a same day service if an appointment is made. Depending on the complexity of the sizing, the price may vary.

Question: If I tell you how much gold I have over the phone, can you give me a price to sell it. I coould email a photo also if needed.
Response: No problem, phone quotes are tough to nail down exactly. I will do my best to give you some assemblance of the dollar amount you can expect to receive, however I really cant guarantee the accuracy until I physically inspect the merchandise. Emailing a photo will help.

Question: How does it work if I wanted to sell my gold? Do you have to make an appointment?
Response: No appointment necessary, just stop in, it takes very little time. We weigh your gold and silver and give you a price on the spot. If you would like a private appointment, please call ahead and I will make arrangements.

Question: Sir, I have some gold I would like to sell. Do you provide security?
Response: I would be happy to provide security upon request. I also have our local PBA providing security for us at random times. Please contact me if you feel the need and I will make sure we have security in the building.

Response: Hi Taylor, White gold and Silver are two completely different precious metals. Did you know that White gold is actually Yellow gold with something mixed into it to give it the white color?
